On May 19th, 2024, Vanessa performed this Mahler symphony as a member of the San Fransisco Symphony Youth Orchestra. She played the 2nd clarinet/Eb clarinet part.

On April 18th, 2022, Vanessa's first ever woodwind quintet—Qwindtet—performed together for the last time at the UOP Conservatory's Spring 2022 Chamber Music Recital.
On April 16th, 2022, this piece was performed by the University of the Pacific's University Symphony Orchestra at Faye Spanos Concert Hall. In this recording, Vanessa is the principal clarinetist.

Vanessa performed this piece with violinist Aubrey Williams and pianist Jun Lee during the November 2021 University of the Pacific Chamber Music Recital.
Vanessa worked on Stravinsky's Three Pieces for clarinet solo during her first semester at the University of the Pacific. She recorded it in December of 2020 for her jury. The recording was later selected to be played at the Spring 2021 UOP Conservatory of Music Honor's Recital.
During the isolation period of the COVID-19 pandemic, Vanessa, along with three other University of the Pacific Conservatory of Music students—Diana Ayala (flute), Jude Markel (piano) and Jada Ramos (horn)—was tasked with recording this piece for her chamber ensemble class. This is the recording that her group, the Jjam D'vrl Quartet, presented during the November 23rd, 2020 UOP Chamber Music Recital.
